Birds can cause problems to residential and commercial premises. The droppings can cause extensive damage to the property and are disease carriers, meaning their droppings can pose a potentially hazardous problem and are corrosive to metal and paintwork.

JH Cleaning Services can install to any area where birds land on your building. We install bird netting and spikes to areas where droppings will cause an issue on the floor or to people below. We can also install bird netting to deter birds from landing on your entire roof.

Spikes are available in a variety of lengths, which offer protection against most breeds of birds. We only use spikes that are certified by the RSPB and the PiCAS (Pigeon Control Advisory Service).

Bird Spikes are commonly installed on guttering, pipes, windowsills, edges of roofs, and ledges.

JH Cleaning Services will carry out a free on-site survey and are fully trained and certified to use high level equipment and work within the Health and Safety guidelines and requirements. Before any cleaning task commences, a full risk assessment and method statement will be provided to the client before any work is undertaken.

To minimise disruption to your business, we can complete the cleaning after business hours or on a weekend when your business is closed.
